Fifa grief

So you all probably know about this year's FIFA world cup. And you already know that I LOVE Argentina. So obviously, I shed a few tears and got a 'little' bit angry when Argentina lost. To express my grief, I had written a lo-o-o-ong post on Facebook a few months ago. The first four paragraphs are bit harsh, but I didn't mean t to criticise anyone! The last 4 paragraphs are the peaceful ones. If you are interested to read it- go on!

"Yes. its a long time. But I have been trying to get over the dejection, and been trying to fix the heart that was broken by Argentina's loss to Germany. Oh Higuaín, WHY WHY?????? I TRUSTED.... ALLL OF YOU!!!!!! YOU GUYS CANT DEPEND ON MESSI AND DI MARIA AND PPL ALL THE TIME!!!!! STOP GETTING EXCITED AND LOSING SUCH BRILLIANT OPPORTUNITIES!

Messi brought Argentina to the finals, but what happened in the Match that mattered most? Of course, everyone makes mistakes, but you, Messi, aren't one to lose moment. YOU NEVER LOSE YOUR MAGIC! Then what happened in that free kick, Messi? Aren't u the king of free kicks? That ball went so high above the goal, that i almost broke down with disbelief.

That match was yours Argentina! Mario Goetze just scraped in his luck. Your defence was AMAZING. Your chances were NUMEROUS. But your urge to win was less. There was something missing in your play. Germany was breaking, and you were the team to show them what real football was..... but even then, yes, EVEN THEN they got away with it. 7 in a match wasn't enough for them! But you guys? You just feel good if you get 1 goal to win.

That wasn't how it was supposed to work. Besides, every match before, you guys managed to get a goal in the first half itself! That golden chance was awarded to Higuaín, but he just...... lost it..... ;(. People weren't lying when they said Germany worked as a team, and everyone's minds agreed that they would win. But people were definitely not lying when they said their hearts were with you. Their love was for you. Their wishes were for you.

But remember, we haven't lost hope! I have not intended to blame any of you ( not even you Higuaín) but it is just a reminder that now Messi has already reached his peak age in football. There is no complete assurance that he will be the same Messi as he once was before, in 2018. You guys will have to work as a team, and if you want Messi's magic to work, try and understand him. And Messi, good job this far. You may not be in par with Maradona or Péle as far as the World Cup goes, but to us, the whole world united, YOU ARE CERTAINLY THE KING OF FOOTBALL!

Argentina, you did amazingly well this year. I am not praising only Messi, but each and everyone one of you equally. Especially Mascherano, Di Maria, and Lavezzi. You guys played in the level of Messi, and made us all deeply moved each time you gave it your all just to score for your team; For your Country. Oh, and I almost forgot, Romero, Romero!! Your goal keeping skills are unmatched!! Those two penalty saves were amazing, and you were awesome on the field

This World Cup was undoubtedly the best in history. The players and the fans shared many lovely moments, Happy, Funny, Sad, Surprising, Impossible, and over all- THE BEST!!!! By the way Neymar, I can't forget you. You too, were one to be appreciated to the core. Despite your wicked fall, you got back up. Perhaps you lost your chance this time, but next time, lets see if you can get Brazil to the Finals! I am hoping for an Argentina-Brazil Final next World Cup!

Don't get disheartened by your loss to Germany, Argentina. Alejandro Sabella, you were a really good coach. Don't keep your grief with you for too long. Look at it on the brighter side, Germany won just by luck! And anyway, they played really well the past two world cups, and they deserved to win some time. But You have a chance in 2018, and I, along with the rest of the fans, believe in you........

2018 is YOURS ARGENTINA!!!!!!!!!! (and Neymar)"     

How was it? I hope you guys shared the same emotions, because if you are a German fan- you and I are not friends!! Hehe, Just kidding! After all, everyone has their own opinion. Anyway, bye now. I think 3 posts in one day is enough for this week... ( let me think about it! )
